DESCRIPTION:De frente a las necesidades nacionales y a las tendencias mundiales\, la Universidad Autónoma Chapingo trabaja en la conservación\, mejora y aprovechamiento sustentable de los Recursos Fitogenéticos para la Alimentación y la Agricultura (RFAA)\, estableciendo acciones coordinadas con productores e investigadores agroalimentarios para contribuir al ordenamiento\, documentación y conservación de los RFAA\, en beneficio del sector rural de México y como parte sustantiva de la difusión en torno a la riqueza biológica de México. \nLos RFAA son la base de la seguridad alimentaria y soberanía de México\, por lo que los esfuerzos de los investigadores involucrados en dicha área\, contribuyen a la revalorización de estos recursos promoviendo su conservación coadyuvando al desarrollo del país. \nEn este contexto\, la Universidad Autónoma Chapingo (UACh)\, en colaboración con el Servicio Nacional de Inspección y Certificación de Semillas (SNICS) y con el financiamiento de Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT)\, realizarán el Segundo Congreso de Recursos Fitogenéticos y Primer Congreso Internacional «Conservación y aprovechamiento sustentable de la agrobiodiversidad»\, cuyo objetivo principal es dar a conocer los trabajos que contribuyen a la conservación\, conocimiento y uso sostenible de los RFAA\, para el desarrollo de acciones que permitan la conservación y fomento de un mejor uso de la diversidad fitogenética y como un factor fundamental para satisfacer las necesidades del desarrollo alimentario de nuestro país. \n\nVer Convocatoria – PDF\n\n\n
